Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of structural characteristics and combinatorics of financial and economic regulation instruments of forest using for sustainable development. It is substantiated that the dynamics of financial and economic regulation indicators of the sphere of forest using, which is summarized indicating the spatial differentiation of the concentration of financial and economic regulation activity in Ukraine, demonstrates different potential for the application of regulatory instruments. The entire spectrum of groups of financial and economic regulation instruments of forest using such as economic incentives and guarantees, market, credit and mortgage, fiscal and budget, innovation, which acting indirectly, create the prerequisites for sustainable development, are defined the most effective for implementation models of integrated governance of forest using and provision of ecologically, economically and socially efficient nature using at the national level. At the same time, the regulation of forest using on the principles of sustainable development is based on the implementation of the object approach to governance, contributing to increasing the level of forest cover, improving the spatial location of forests, optimizing forest taxation indicators, which in general provides for strengthening the ecological and social functions of forest ecosystems, their stability, creates the material base for the sustainable development of the forest sector, and, in general, the social welfare of both present and future generations.
